Our services are charged per bag at $49.99. Bags hold 3 standard loads of laundry or 30 lbs. Any weight over 30 lbs will be charged at $1.75/ lb up to 20lbs. After 20 lbs, you would incur the cost of an additional bag service at $49.99 per bag. Prices do not include tax. You schedule a pick-up through our app, Clean Laundry Express, found on your app store!

First, you'll place an order on the app, picking from available pick-up time slots. Pick up and delivery are free!

Bag your laundry in a disposable plastic bag(s) (up to 30 lbs per bag) and place it outside your home or building for pick-up during your time slot.  Please keep any pets inside so we can safely access your laundry.

Our team will pick up your laundry to bring to our facility for processing. This is when we wash, dry, and fold it for you. Laundry services are $49.99/bag. Your order comes with a free Clean Laundry Express bag, yours to keep for the next order!

Your clean laundry will be placed tidily in the bag, safe from weather, and returned to you the next day.

Please note: You'll be charged during processing based on how many bags are needed to fill your laundry. Our bags typically hold 3 standard loads of laundry or 30lbs. Any weight over 30 lbs will be charged at $1.75/lb up to 20 lbs. After 20 pounds, you would incur additional bag pricing.

After scheduling your order, dirty laundry should be placed in your Clean Laundry Express bag (for first-time customers please place it in a disposable plastic bag). Bags should not exceed 30 lbs. Place the bag outside your home or building, in an easily accessible area for our team to pick-up. If there is inclement weather, please place out of the elements in a covered area or covered by a plastic bag. If you have special instructions such as a building or gate code, please include those in your address notes.

When items are picked up, we tag the bags with your customer information to keep track of it. From there, we transport it to our Clean Laundry location for processing by our professional team. Each item is taken in, inspected, and sorted for laundering. We sort your laundry into colors and whites. We then wash your items using our state-of-the-art machines using the settings you've preferenced on your profile. Once complete in the washing cycles, we immediately move them to the drying cycle. We remove items from the dryer, inspect that items are completely dry, and begin our folding process. Once folded, we stack and place them in our reusable bags for transport safely back to you. The customer badge tag moves with your laundry, and your items are never mixed with other customers. Our professionals wear PPE and treat your garments with the utmost care.

Your bags will be delivered back to you after your first service use. We ask that on your first scheduled pick-up, your laundry be put into a disposable bag. We will return your original bag to you with your first delivery! Bags are free with service and ~30lbs of laundry fits in a bag. If you would like to purchase additional bags, they are $15 retail.

Your clean laundry will be returned the next day to the same place it was picked up unless otherwise noted. Our team will take precautions to ensure it is protected from any elements.

All items included in your order might be washed and dried together using our state-of-the-art machines. Please refrain from including any items that should not be washed or dried or mixed in. Specialty items will be separated out by category.

Acceptable items include standard garments that are machine-wash and dry such as:

• shirts
• denim
• sweatshirts
• socks
• underwear
• towels

Unacceptable items may include, but not limited to: heavily soiled garments, garments that require dry cleaning service, or items that should not be included in the wash or dry cycles. Please do not include these in your orders. We do not provide special care services or dry cleaning services at this time.

This is extremely rare, our team of professionals operates with strict processes in place that ensure your items are tracked and cared for properly. Our machines are state-of-the-art and can hold up to 90 lbs of laundry at one time. We use soft water and quality detergents and drying sheets to ensure your garments are cared for and returned in the best condition. In the rare case that you have an item lost or damaged, please contact us immediately.

If you're in Des Moines and cannot register your address, ensure that you have your zip code entered it, it might take a few attempts for our system to recognize your address.
