You can schedule your first Express pickup on our website, or on our mobile app (available on iOS or Android). If you have any difficulties, feel free to email us at email@address.com - our team is always happy to help!

When the driver is out to pick up your items, an email will be sent to you letting you know the driver is on the way. Once our driver arrives, he will pick up your laundry from you at the door, take it back to the van to be placed in a Clean Laundry bag, tag the bag with your information, then it’s off to be laundered!
Your laundry will be delivered to our own Clean Laundry location where it will be cleaned with care by our staff. During this time we will send updates on where your clothes are at in the process. Only if you wish to stay in the loop with notifications! (Notifications page linked up?)
After your last item is crisply folded, it will be carefully stored until it is time for delivery!
Once the item is out for delivery we will send you notifications for when you can expect your fresh, clean laundry to be delivered!
When you are scheduling your laundry, you can select a pickup date and a delivery date. ALL orders have the option of next day delivery! We understand times are challenging, we don’t want to deprive you of your lucky underwear for longer than a day.
Absolutely. We offer contactless delivery on all residential deliveries. If you have any specific instructions as to where we should drop off your clothing, please note that in delivery instructions during order scheduling. If there are no instructions, we will use our best judgement for drop location.
For business deliveries, we require a signature upon delivery.
Please provide a door access code or be present to buzz us in, for pickup and delivery of your items.
Clean Laundry Express takes care of the washing, drying and folding of your clothes. Our primary service offering at this time is Wash, Dry, & Fold.
There are items that we cannot accept for cleaning due to the nature of the item or the risk they may pose to our team:
Non-clothing items:
- Pillows
- Curtains
- Sofa covers
- Sleeping bags
These specific non-clothing items often require a specialized cleaning process that we are not equipped to provide.
Contaminated items:
We cannot accept items that have been contaminated with:
- Bodily fluids from a human or pet
- Moisture if the item is still wet or damp
- Mildew
- Bedbugs
- Poison ivy or poison oak oils
- Hazardous chemical residue
We cannot accept these items because they may pose a risk to the safety of our employees and/or they may pose a risk to the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility.
Specialty care clothing items we are unable to accept:
- Wedding dresses
- Vintage clothes (in some cases)
- Costumes
- Hats/Headwear (Stocking caps and similar materials we will accept)
- Fur Coats & Animal clothing products

Our founders have experience in the laundry world and have adapted and revolutionized the way laundry is done, since the 80’s! We know that laundry is personal, so we treat it just as we would our own. All cleaning is done at our very own state of the art facilities. No 3rd parties involved! From start to finish, your laundry never leaves our care.
Some companies use 3rd parties or throw your clothes in a bulk washer and dryer with other customers clothes. We don’t believe that should be the case. Your clothes deserve top notch treatment, which is why we decided to assign each customer their own washer and dryer.
We follow best practices for cleaning your wash and fold order. We first separate lights and darks. Then, we wash the clothes in cold water. Immediately after the load in the washer has been completed, we move your clothes into the dryer to avoid any musty smells from developing. Your clothes will then be dried on a medium heat setting.

Our minimum order size for all Wash, Dry, and Fold orders is 15lbs. If you have less than our minimum order amount, you will be charged for the minimum requirement.
I believe we should layout the brand we use and the reasoning behind it. If we use Tide like I recommended early on, we should layout why we chose the detergents like the hypoallergenic one. That was chosen because it was rated #1 by an American national organization revolving around skin care and health. Make them understand that we have put thought into what we chose, not just because it was our favorite scent by opinion.
We cannot guarantee a specific brand, but you can select the general type of detergent.
These include:
Scented: This is our default detergent offering, which provides the traditional scented laundry smell.
Hypoallergenic: We have several customers who choose hypoallergenic detergent, specifically families with young children, or individuals with sensitive skin.
We may not be able to clean every item, but we would be happy to work with you on certain items to see if we could clean them! There may be adjustments on time and cost depending on what the item is. Just email us at (@) to get the conversation rolling!

Of course! You can expect your text reminder to come through on the morning of your scheduled pickup. We will send a text with a time frame of our driver’s expected arrival in the afternoon. If you have any questions, you are always able to reply to text messages that come from our Express number!
We will pick up your laundry in whatever bag you decide to put your items in. Once your laundry is cleaned, we will return your freshly cleaned laundry in your very own Express bag!
From this point forward you can use this bag for all pickups and deliveries. Don’t worry, we will sanitize your bag between each use, so your freshly washed clothes stay FRESH.

The total cost of your laundry service will be determined by the total poundage of your laundry prior to the arrival to our laundry facility.
We currently charge by the pound. If you are looking to get an estimate of what your laundry may cost, feel free to weigh your laundry and use this simple equation!
(Total weight in lbs x $1.25) = total cost
